Section 35
National Risk Assessment to be done

(1) Periodically and as needed, national risk assessment will be conducted in relation to offenses related to money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities and related offences. (2) National risk assessment as per sub-section (1) shall be the main responsibility of the implementation committee. (3) Sub-section (2) ) the formation, work, duties and rights of the implementation committee and other arrangements related to national risk assessment shall be as prescribed.
